Founded in Ankara in 2004, DMF SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT AUDITING, CONSULTING & CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING CO. (“DMF”) is an independent auditing, certified public accounting, and consulting firm providing professional services in these fields to domestic and foreign companies.
The company is headquartered in Ankara and has four branches in Istanbul, Izmir, Konya, and Mersin.
DMF is authorized to conduct independent audits by Capital Markets Board of Turkey (“CMB") and Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("KGK") in accordance with Turkish Auditing Standards (“BDS”), Turkish Accounting Standards ("TMS") and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards ("TFRS").

In addition national authorizations, DMF has been registered by Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (“PCAOB”) as independent audit firm to perform independent audit works for the open joint stock companies, the shares of which are traded in the stock exchanges in USA, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (United States) (“US GAAP”) Internatıonal Financial Reporting Standards, (“IFRS”) and the Rules and Standards on Auditing adopted by PCAOB, U.S. Fedaral Laws and the applicable rules and regulations of PCAOB and U.S. Security and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).

DMF has been registered by Canadian Public Accountability Board - Conseil Canadien sur la Reddition de Comptes (“CPAB-CCRC”) as independent audit firm to perform independent audit works for the open joint stock companies, the shares of which are traded in the stock exchanges in Canada, in accordance with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“Canadian GAAP”), IFRS, and the rules and standards on auditing adopted by CPAB-CCRC, Fedaral Laws and the applicable rules and regulations of CPAB-CCRC and Canadian Security Administrator - Autorités Canadiennes en Valeurs Mobilières (“CSA-ACVM”).

Russell Bedford International is a member of The Forum of Firms, which includes the 20 largest auditing and accounting networks in the world as announced by IFAC. The Forum of Firms is an international association of audit networks that aims to promote consistent and high quality standards of financial reporting and auditing practices around the world. Russell Bedford International, a full member of the Forum of Firms, and its members have the right to specify the forum membership and use the logo on their letterheads and promotional materials.
As a member of Russell Bedford INTERNATIONAL, since DMF fully complies with the International Auditing Standards and Auditing Quality Control Standards ("AQC”), it is accredited as APPROVED TRANSNATIONAL AUDIT FIRM (“ATAF”) and entitled to use the following logo in all correspondence and reports with its title.
